  1. The promoter is: Parkway Shopping Centre, whose registered office is Dalby Way, Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough, TS8 0TJ
  2. For verification of a win, entrants must show their mobile phone screen with the winning message to the member of staff located at the promotional stand
  3. By entering the promotion, entrants are agreeing to appear in publicity (including social media) for this event
  4. Prizes are non-transferable
  5. No cash alternatives to prizes
  6. No purchase necessary
  7. Cemetery Scan prizes are available whilst stocks last
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms & conditions without notice
  9. One entry per person
  10. The promotions start’s from 10am until 3pm on Wednesday 27th October 2021
  11. Entries received after 3pm on the day of the promotion, will not be accepted
  12. Each entry must be accompanied by a signed copy of the terms and conditions, available on the promotional stand
